This work is intentional, body-led, and deeply experiential.
Take a moment to read through the guidance below so you can arrive feeling prepared, supported, and open to your experience.
What to expect:
This is a 2-hour Expanded States Breathworkβ’ session, including:
β Intention setting
β Guided breathwork (approximately 60β80 minutes)
β Music to support your journey
β Integration and grounding
Youβll be guided through conscious connected breathing, where the inhale and exhale are linked. This shifts your physiology and opens access to deeper layers of awareness.
What you may experience
Every session is different.
You may experience:

There is no right way to experience this.
Everything that arises is valid.
